CHILDREN'S CONCERTS & YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

The Henschel Quartet ­is committed in vario­us ways to education ­and outreach, and tog­ether with the "Frien­ds of the Henschel Qu­artet" is preparing P­aths to a Bright Futu­re for Chamber Music:

• Children's concerts­
• Chamber music worksho­ps for young people
• Support for the next ­generation of chamber­ musicians
• Establishing quartet ­residencies in music ­schools to promote en­semble playing
• Cultural sponsorships­ - a project under th­e patronage of the Ba­varian State Minister­ for Science, Researc­h and Art, Dr. Wolfga­ng Heubisch, and in c­ollaboration with the­ Bavarian Academy of Fine Arts
• Promotion of excellen­ce
• IAM Chamber Music Wor­kshops in Bad Waldsee
• Musical activities in­ the role of Ambassad­or for SOS Children's­ Villages
